Warranty Coverage
All Sin City products include a 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
This covers manufacturing faults — not misuse or normal wear and tear.
Rechargeable products may carry extended coverage (see product page).

Cancelling An Order
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, a 10% restocking fee applies.
Our Returns Policy
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on used toys, lingerie, lubricants, or personal items.
Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
