The two-bulb design creates internal fullness and an external seal, giving you controlled retention during cleansing. Insert the nozzle with the first balloon, inflate both bulbs to form the seal, then fill the rectum with liquid using a bag system or the Clean Stream in-line accelerator. Each balloon includes an integrated release valve for quick deflation and easy removal.
