Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. Before contacting us, please check the batteries, as many issues can be resolved by ensuring the batteries are correctly inserted or replaced. If the product has a Battery Tab, please remove it before use.

If the product is still faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. You’ll need to provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • A description and/or video of the issue

Steps to Return a Defective Item (Unused Products Only)

  1. Ensure the item is within the warranty period as specified on the product page.
  2. Verify that the batteries are correctly installed and functioning.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing your order number and proof of purchase.
  4. Return the unused item to us securely packaged, along with your name, address, and details of the defect.
  5. Upon receipt, we will assess the product, and if found defective, we will issue a replacement (subject to availability).

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective.

 

For Used Products

If you have used the product and are experiencing an issue, we do not accept returns. Instead, please contact us with a video showing the defect, along with a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a resolution.

 

Warranty Periods

  • Cosmopolitan Vibrators: 5 years (manufacturer warranty)
  • Satisfyer Vibrators: 15 years (manufacturer warranty)
  • Share Satisfaction Range: 12 months (manufacturer warranty)
  • In-store 5-year warranty for Share Satisfaction & Amore products purchased in-store
  • Other products: Warranty periods vary depending on the item—please refer to the product details on the item page for specific information.

Items Not Covered by the Guarantee

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Change of mind
  • Misuse of products
  • Damage from water or urine
  • Use of incompatible lubricants
  • Failure to remove batteries
  • Use of non-recommended batteries
  • Failure to follow usage guidelines
